Yoga is a wonderful way to open your child to the awareness of their place in the world.
"We continue to be very pleased with your class! Thank you so much for offering it. I am just so thrilled to have a place where my son is welcomed, understood, and accepted! I love how the class is structured, it is perfect for my son. He seems to be getting a lot out of class, and is reporting that his "body feels good", and that he "feels relaxed" after class."

"Ms. Brandon has been a staple of our programming at the Weaverville Library for several years now. She is very knowledgeable about childhood development and planning age appropriate programs. Her energy is calm, kind, welcoming, and patient. It is so wonderful to watch toddlers practice their deep breathing, begin to follow along with the yoga poses and activities, sing songs, and calm their bodies for relaxation and bubbles at the end of the session.” ~Meredith E., Children’s Specialist

“Ms. Brandon led our kindergarten class in a super fun yoga class as part of our learning about multiple intelligences. Ms. Brandon's lesson helped the kids explore their "Body Smarts" through playful yoga poses and games that helped them connect with their bodies, explore body awareness, and practice regulation. She is such a warm, engaging teacher and we can't wait to have her back!” ~Selma N.
