The 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge for KIDS program is designed to bring daily mindfulness practices for your children right into your home. There are 30+ yoga and mindfulness activities in the whole program. You DO NOT have to practice each one every day, but maybe you will. If your child discovers a practice that they enjoy and love, then go with that one every day.
Each week we will explore a theme related to mindfulness practices. This Program includes:

• Week 3: Colorful Feelings - notice our emotions and use yoga to calm them
